vLeadSensy › How pricing works
vLeadSensy pricing: how it is charged
Short answer: vLeadSensy has three parts. There is a one-time setup for your dedicated instance, a flat monthly platform fee with no per-seat charge, and prepaid usage credits (1 credit = ₹1) that are used only when a lead is genuinely qualified. Your Meta ad spend stays on your own account and is never marked up. Exact figures are quoted against your lead volume on a 20-minute demo.
1. One-time setup
Scoped to your rollout. Covers standing up and configuring your dedicated instance:
- WhatsApp Business number and template approvals
- Your branch or service-location list imported and tuned
- Qualification questions written in your languages
- CRM hand-off mapped and tested end to end
2. Flat monthly platform fee
The whole system, running unattended, with a watchdog that restarts it if it stops.
- Unlimited campaigns and unlimited operators, with no per-seat charge
- Operator console and executive ROI dashboard
- Your own instance; your data is never pooled with another client's
3. Usage: per qualified lead, never per attempt
- 1 credit = ₹1, from a prepaid wallet
- Covers WhatsApp conversation and AI cost
- A casual enquiry the system filtered out costs you nothing
- 12-month validity, with full rollover on renewal
What you don't pay for
- No commission on ad spend. It stays on your own Meta account.
- No per-user or per-seat fees.
- No charge for leads that were filtered out as casual.
Getting a figure
Cost depends on lead volume and rollout scope, so it is quoted on a demo against your own numbers. The demo takes one of your real Meta campaigns, shows the conversation a lead would get, runs your own branch list through the matcher, and gives you your cost per qualified lead before you commit to anything.
Frequently asked questions
Does vLeadSensy take a percentage of ad spend?
No. Your Meta ad account stays yours, no ad spend passes through vLeadSensy, and there is no commission on it.
Is vLeadSensy charged per user?
No. The monthly platform fee covers unlimited campaigns and unlimited operators.
Do we pay for leads that are not qualified?
Usage credits are used on qualified leads, not on attempts. A casual enquirer the system filtered out costs nothing in credits.
